Terms of Service

These Terms govern use of OneMoreHello, a missed-call recovery and customer communication service for local businesses.

Effective September 13, 2026

About the service

OneMoreHello helps local businesses recover missed customer inquiries by offering callers an automated choice, supporting consented SMS follow-up, receiving replies, collecting voicemail, and organizing related lead and service-request information for business follow-up.

SMS program terms

When a business does not answer a call, the caller may hear an automated voice prompt. The caller may press 1 to affirmatively consent to receive SMS follow-up about that specific service inquiry, or press 2 to leave a voicemail instead.

  • Consent to receive SMS is optional and is not required to leave a voicemail or otherwise contact the business.
  • Message frequency varies based on the service inquiry and the resulting conversation.
  • Message and data rates may apply.
  • Reply STOP to opt out of further SMS messages.
  • Reply HELP for help.
No SMS follow-up is sent through the missed-call choice flow unless the caller presses 1.

Business customer responsibilities

Businesses using OneMoreHello are responsible for using the service lawfully, keeping their account and business information accurate, honoring customer opt-outs, and using customer information only for legitimate service and follow-up purposes. Businesses must not use OneMoreHello to send unlawful, deceptive, abusive, unsolicited, or prohibited communications.

Acceptable use

You may not use OneMoreHello to violate applicable law or carrier rules, impersonate others, harass or threaten people, distribute malicious content, interfere with the service, attempt unauthorized access, send spam, or use customer contact information for purposes inconsistent with the consent or inquiry that caused it to be collected.

Availability and third-party services

OneMoreHello depends on third-party telecommunications carriers, Twilio, hosting, database, infrastructure, internet, and other service providers. Message delivery, call routing, voicemail processing, and application availability may be delayed, interrupted, filtered, or unavailable due to carrier decisions, network conditions, third-party outages, maintenance, technical issues, or events outside our reasonable control.

We do not guarantee uninterrupted operation, delivery of every call or message, or that every customer inquiry will result in a lead, appointment, sale, or other business outcome.

Service changes

We may modify, improve, suspend, or discontinue parts of OneMoreHello as the product develops. For paid business customers, any material billing or plan changes will be handled under the applicable subscription or business agreement.

Disclaimers

OneMoreHello is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis to the extent permitted by law. We disclaim implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement to the extent those disclaimers are permitted. OneMoreHello is a communication and workflow tool and does not guarantee business results, legal compliance by a business customer, or continuous telecommunications availability.

Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, OneMoreHello and its operators will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, or for lost profits, lost revenue, lost business opportunities, lost data, or goodwill arising from or related to use of the service.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, the total liability of OneMoreHello and its operators for claims arising out of or relating to the service will not exceed the amount the applicable business customer paid for the service during the three months immediately before the event giving rise to the claim. Nothing in these Terms excludes liability that cannot legally be excluded or limited.

Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms as the service evolves. The effective date above shows when these Terms were last updated. Continued use of the service after updated Terms become effective constitutes acceptance to the extent permitted by law.
