- Call metadata, including call identifiers, timestamps, call status, and related routing information.
- SMS messages sent through the service and related delivery or messaging metadata.
- Voicemail metadata and voicemail recordings when you choose to leave a voicemail.

- Basic lead or service-request information, such as the service requested, urgency, preferred timing, notes, and follow-up status.
How we use information
We use this information to provide and operate OneMoreHello, including to recover missed calls, send consented service-related messages, receive replies, support voicemail, organize leads, help businesses follow up on customer inquiries, troubleshoot the service, prevent abuse, and maintain service reliability.
SMS consent and mobile information
When a caller reaches the automated missed-call prompt, pressing 1 is an affirmative request to receive SMS follow-up about that specific service inquiry. Pressing 2 allows the caller to leave a voicemail instead. No SMS follow-up is sent through this flow unless the caller presses 1.
Text-message originator opt-in data and consent are used only to provide the requested communications and operate the service, subject to the service-provider disclosures below.
Service providers
We may use service providers such as Twilio and hosting, database, infrastructure, monitoring, and security providers. These providers may process information only as needed to host, transmit, store, secure, or otherwise operate OneMoreHello and its related functionality. They are not authorized by OneMoreHello to use mobile numbers or SMS consent information for their own marketing or promotional purposes.
Data retention
We retain information for as long as reasonably necessary to provide the service, support the business relationship, maintain records of consent and communications, resolve disputes, meet legal obligations, and protect the service. Retention periods may vary depending on the type of information and the needs of the business using OneMoreHello.
Data security
We use reasonable administrative, technical, and organizational safeguards designed to protect information from unauthorized access, loss, misuse, or alteration. These measures may include access controls, restricted server-side credentials, transport encryption, database security controls, and limiting access to information based on operational need. No system can guarantee absolute security.
SMS opt-out
You can opt out of SMS messages at any time by replying STOP. After an opt-out request is processed, you should not receive further non-required SMS messages from that program unless you later provide new consent where permitted.
